This will not be the magic pill that will get you the fastest results and make you lose the need for glasses if you wear them or contacts, but it will help reduce the strain on your eyes and help improve your vision in the long term. This is the 20 20 20 rule.
This eye safety video is very simple and will go over an eye care routine known as the 20/20/20 Rule. People are always looking for 20/20 vision, but naturally this method will not give you perfect eyesight, but will preserve what you have right now. If you spend a lot of time on the computer, then you need to learn how to improve eyesight naturally and achieve 20 20 vision or how to improve eyesight naturally fast and get 20 20 vision. This video will help you learn how to improve vision of eyes and improve eye vision. That’s real shit right there.
The trick is once you use the computer for 20 minutes straight, you look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This will reduce the strain on your eye and make you much better, without surgery, glasses, and is very fast because it only takes 20 seconds, not even 1 day or 7 days. This can be considered an eye exercise as well to improve eye vision.

No matter where you are these days, you are almost always in front of a screen. At work most of us are on computers for hours, when you’re taking a break you check your phone for notifications, and even when you chill, you’re still using Netflix!
Alright that’s an old joke, but regardless, our eyes are depleting and I’ve got a quick trick known as the 20/20/20 rule that will help you take care of your eyes.

After getting requests to do this video in the 5K Q&A, I researched and found this tip. The trick is simply in the name, for every 20 minutes you spend on a screen, you will take 20 seconds to look at an object 20 feet away. You may be asking, that’s it? I can keep my eyes safe just by taking 20 seconds off?
The research shows that the answer is yes, and the reason this works is because it takes 20 seconds for the eyes to fully relax. While continued screen use is not likely to cause permanent damage, it will cause complications, and personally I don’t want to take the risk of messing with my eyes.
The easiest way to use the 20/20/20 rule is to set a Google timer for 20 minutes, when the time is up look at something 20 feet away (doesn’t have to be exact), and count to 20. Then reset the timer. It takes minimal effort and is a great trick to use.
Just like any habit, make sure to do it every 20 minutes you are on screen and in the next few weeks, you will have a habit that will save you from issues like headaches and dry eyes.
